Cavendish, Richard.  The World of Ghost and the Supernatural.  133 CAV.  1994.  This book contains ghost stories and supernatural happenings from around the world.  These stories are grouped by continent and tries to separate the true records from the rumors.

Guiley, Rosemary.  The Encyclopedia of Witches & Witchcraft.  133.4303 GUI.  1999.  This book is an encyclopedia of supernatural people, places, and things.

Hoffman, Alice.  Practical Magic.  FIC HOF.  1995.  This is the story of two sisters who were cursed never to be happy in love by their ancestors, and who just happen to be witches.

King, Stephen.  The Green Mile.  FIC KIN.  1996.  This book is about a man on death row for the murder of two little girls.  He is found to have some sort of power to heal.

King, Stephen.  The Shining.  FIC KIN.  1977.  This is the story of a little boy who has psychic abilities.  His father becomes possessed while staying in an empty hotel.

Michelet, Jules.  Witchcraft, Sorcery, and Superstition.  133.43 MIC.  1997.  This is a composition on the history of witchcraft, sorcery, and superstition as early as 1300.

Morrison, Toni.  Beloved.  FIC MOR.  1987.  Sethe is haunted by her past and her dead baby.  It is the story of her struggle for survival.

North, Anthony.  The Paranormal.  133 NOR.  1996.  The paranormal is a book organized by subject from from reincarnation to prophecy.

Patterson, James.  Cradle and All.  FIC PAT.  2000.  Two girls are pregnant, both are virgins.  People think these children represent the antichrist and the new savior.

Rice, Anne.  The Witching Hour.  FIC RIC.  1990.  This is the first book in a three part series of the witching chronicles.  It is the story of an entire bloodline of witches who are haunted by a menacing spirit named Lasher.

Saul, John.  The Right Hand of Evil.  FIC SAU.  1999.  The Conway's have inherited a home from a dead relative and with that home comes a supernatural adventure.

Scott, Beth.  Haunted Heartland.  133.0977 SCO.  1985. This book contains all of the haunted property and houses in our surrounding 10 states.
