Our Reference Policy
The Jasper County Public Library regards as valid every reference question asked by any patron. All questions will be given equal consideration, and each will be answered as accurately and completely as possible within a reasonable time limit. Full library service will be available to all patrons and no questions asked by a patron will be considered unanswerable. Each of the libraries in the JCPL system provides full reference service. This service allows you to ask our Reference Staff a question using our handy form. These questions are read and answered by the JCPL Reference Staff. We will make every attempt to respond within 48 hours of your request.
