21st Century Treasure Hunting is at the Jasper County Public Libraries

Geocaching is treasure hunting using GPS technology. This is the sport where YOU are the search engine.

The Jasper County Public Library has geocaches (pronounced: gee-oh-cashes) hidden at each of its branches. We invite you to come look for them and take part in the fun!

Geocaching is FREE! To learn more about this sport, check out the official website at Geocaching.com.

As of Dec. 2012 there are: Over 13,000 caches in Indiana, part of 1,958,363 active geocaches and over 5 million geocachers worldwide.

If you hide it, they will come!
