How do I check my library account from home?
You can check your library account from home using either of our catalogs, found on the Library Catalog page.
Once you have selected a catalog, click on the link to login to your library account.
You will need your library card number, and the PIN set up for you by library staff.
Where can I go to find the value of my old books?
The library does not offer a book appraisal service. The Library of Congress has a good guide to help you start down the road to having your own books valued by a professional, and how to decide whether you want to take that step.

Where can I fax?
The library does not fax non-library materials for patrons.

How do I get a library card?
All residents of Jasper County, Indiana, except for Carpenter Township, are part of the JCPL service area. All you need to get your free library card is to present a photo ID and proof of your current address at any of our three libraries. For more information, please check out our Circulation Policy.
